		<description>Yeah it would have to be a whole fat to muscle transformation thing. I bought some cheap body fat calipers from ebay and they seem to work pretty well. It&#039;s all about fat %. I saw a study recently that said there are three fat sores in the body, 1 under the skin, 1 around the organs but forget the thrird. 		<description>I&#039;ve got some weight to lose but given its only 5kg there&#039;s not really much point in trying to compete with anyone. Besides, comparing weight lost is meaningless as muscle is more dense than fat. Reducing your overall measurements and building muscle is far more important.</description>
