I can understand the use of "no-frills/online" for "point to point travel". However, I can see a problem with booking a multi-stop holiday for the very reason you guys flagged at the end -- talking to people. *Talking* the trip through with a knowledgable person with the contacts to tweak it is I suspect half the fun. Interesting interview, some of the “listing” information went over my head.
